• Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, city, social handles (if you share them).

• Event/contest data: RSVPs, waitlists, attendance, entries, eligibility confirmations, skill-testing question responses.

• Usage & device data: pages viewed, links clicked, general location, device/browser info, cookies; aggregated analytics.

• Media: photos/video captured at events (see our Terms).

 

Why we collect it (lawful purposes)

• To run our site, manage RSVPs/waitlists, host events, operate contests and giveaways, communicate updates, personalize content, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

 

Consent & CASL

 

By submitting a form or opting in, you consent to our collection and use for the purposes above. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using unsubscribe links or by contacting us; we may still send essential transactional messages (e.g., event confirmations).

 

Sharing

 

We may share personal information with service providers (e.g., email, ticketing, analytics, cloud hosting) under contracts that require confidentiality and limit use to our instructions; with venues for operational/safety reasons; and as required by law.
