The Site provides general information about fan events, watch parties, community activities, and related news. Decisions you make based on Site content are your responsibility.
No affiliation or endorsement by Formula 1 of the FIA AT ALL. We are purely a fan page that promotes watch parties for our community to enjoy the sport. We do not claim any of the copyrights, any affiliation, any official capacity or any relation. All of the content on the website is the sole property of the content owners and are used on our site to promote their work.
F1inTO is an independent fan/community platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula One Management, Formula One Licensing B.V., the FIA, any Formula 1 team, driver, circuit, broadcaster, or event promoter. Any reference to races, teams, drivers, venues, or series is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Trademarks and copyright
All trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners. “F1”, “FORMULA 1”, “FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP”, “GRAND PRIX”, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. and/or its affiliates. Use on the Site does not imply any endorsement or association. All Site content (text, images, video) is owned by us or used under licence. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Event and venue information
Event details, schedules, capacities, broadcast availability (e.g., “full sound”), and features are subject to change without notice and may be controlled by third-party venues or broadcasters. Listings on the Site are not guarantees of admission, seating, age eligibility, or specific amenities. You must comply with venue rules, capacity limits, ticketing terms, and applicable laws.
Third-party venues, platforms, and links
We may link to third-party websites, ticketing platforms, maps, or social channels. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Contests, giveaways, and promotions
Any contest, giveaway, or promotion mentioned on the Site is governed by its Official Rules, which will prevail over any conflicting information on the Site. Eligibility, entry methods, prize descriptions, winner selection, and other terms are as stated in the Official Rules.
User submissions and media
If you submit content or appear in photos/video captured at events, you grant us the rights described in our Terms & Conditions and/or specific release forms. If you do not wish to be recorded, notify on-site staff; we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.
Accuracy, completeness, and updates
We try to keep information accurate and current but make no promises that the Site is error-free, complete, or up to date. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time without notice. We do not undertake to update statements except as required by law.
No warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or security, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, F1inTO and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from or related to your use of the Site, third-party links/services, or reliance on Site content. In all cases, our total liability to you for any claims related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Health, safety, and assumption of risk
Attendance at in-person activities involves inherent risks (crowds, noise, weather, travel, equipment, actions of others). You voluntarily assume these risks and must follow all venue instructions and applicable laws. For event-specific terms and waivers, see our Terms & Conditions and any on-site notices.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes relating to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any F1inTO website, newsletter, social channel, registration form, waitlist, RSVP, contest, giveaway, event, watch party, activation, or related service (collectively, the Services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (Terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms may apply to specific programs (e.g., contests, ticketing, volunteering); in case of conflict, the specific program terms prevail over these general Terms.
2) Who we are
F1inTO (the Company, we, us, our) is operated by: Private parties in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@f1into.ca.
3) Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in Ontario (18+) to register, purchase tickets, or enter contests unless the specific program permits minors with parental/guardian consent. Some events may have age restrictions due to venue rules or alcohol service. You represent that all information you provide is true and complete.
4) Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
5) Accounts, registration & communications

Accuracy: Provide accurate information and update it when it changes. We may cancel registrations or entries for false, incomplete, or ineligible information.

Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Canadian Anti‑Spam (CASL) consent: By joining our waitlist or registering, you consent to receive electronic communications about F1inTO events, content, and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us. We may still send essential transactional notices.
6) Privacy
Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy [link], which explains what we collect, how we use it, lawful bases, retention, and your rights. Where required, we obtain express consent. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
7) Accessibility & human rights

8) Event & venue terms

Third‑party venues: Many events occur at venues operated by third parties. Venue rules, tickets, entry conditions, and security procedures apply (e.g., ID checks, bag screening). We may deny or revoke admission for safety, capacity, or policy violations without refund where permitted by law.

Capacity & seating: Admission may be first‑come, first‑served or reserved; seating is not guaranteed unless stated. Joining a waitlist or RSVP does not guarantee entry.

No outside recording/live streaming where prohibited. Commercial filming or photography requires our written consent.

Alcohol: If served, legal ID is required. We may refuse service or entry if we believe you are intoxicated or underage.

Minors: Where permitted, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts these Terms on their behalf and assumes responsibility for their supervision.
9) Assumption of risk; release; indemnity (events & activities)
BY ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY EVENT, ACTIVATION, TRACK EXPERIENCE, SIMULATOR SESSION, OR RELATED ACTIVITY (COLLECTIVELY, “EVENTS”), YOU UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE EVENTS, INCLUDING RISKS FROM CROWDING, NOISE, TRAVEL, WEATHER, EQUIPMENT, AND THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF OTHERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU (AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR HEIRS/ASSIGNS) HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF WHATEVER KIND, IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE EVENTS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR WAIVED UNDER ONTARIO OR FEDERAL LAW, AND DOES NOT RELEASE LIABILITY CAUSED BY GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, OR INTENTIONAL WRONGDOING.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any third‑party claims or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct at Events, or your submissions, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Released Parties.
10) Health & safety
You agree to follow all posted and announced safety instructions, health policies, and security directives. If you are unwell, do not attend in person. We may implement health screenings or policies as required by law, venues, or reasonable safety practices.
11) Media release (photo/audio/video)
By entering an Event space, you grant the Company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free licence to record, photograph, and use your image, voice, and likeness for editorial, promotional, and archival purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. If you prefer not to be recorded, notify staff on arrival; we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate.
12) User content & community conduct

User content: If you post or submit content to us (e.g., photos, comments, testimonials), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for F1inTO purposes. You promise you have the rights to grant this licence.

Code of conduct: No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal conduct. We may remove any person engaging in disruptive or unsafe behaviour.
13) Reservations, tickets, and waitlists

Offers & confirmations: Some Events are free with RSVP; others require paid tickets. Your confirmation email is proof of reservation; bring valid ID.

Not a guarantee: Waitlist spots are not guaranteed. We may adjust capacity or layout for safety and operational reasons.

Cancellations/changes: We may change, postpone, or cancel Events for any reason, including severe weather, safety, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure). Where required by law or stated in the specific offer, refunds or credits may be provided; otherwise, all sales are final.

No resale or transfer without our consent unless permitted by the ticketing platform and applicable law.
14) Promotions, giveaways, and contests
From time to time we may conduct promotional contests or giveaways (each a Contest). Each Contest will have Official Rules posted at the point of entry that supplement these Terms. Unless the Official Rules state otherwise, the following apply:

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Ontario who are age 18+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

No purchase necessary; a purchase will not increase chances of winning.

Entry: See Official Rules for entry methods (e.g., web form, email, mail‑in).

Prizes: Not transferable, no cash substitution unless we choose otherwise. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection & verification: Potential winners are selected as described in the Official Rules and must satisfy eligibility, complete a declaration/release, and correctly answer a time‑limited mathematical skill‑testing question. If a potential winner is ineligible or fails to respond, we may select an alternate.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, winners consent to the use of their name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Taxes/fees: Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with accepting a prize.

Right to modify: We may cancel, modify, or suspend a Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs integrity or proper functioning, as determined in our reasonable discretion.
15) Volunteering

Status: Volunteers are not employees, partners, or agents of the Company and are not entitled to wages, benefits, or employment protections except those that apply by law. We may reimburse pre‑approved expenses with receipts.

Duties & safety: Volunteers must follow instructions, complete required training, and use provided safety equipment. We may reassign or end a volunteer role at any time.

Confidentiality: Volunteers may learn non‑public information; they must keep it confidential and return materials on request.

Release & indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by law, volunteers assume the inherent risks of volunteer activities and release/indemnify the Released Parties as described in Section 9.
16) Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use our marks or materials without prior written permission. Limited personal, non‑commercial use is permitted where expressly allowed.
17) Third‑party services & links
We are not responsible for third‑party websites, ticketing platforms, or venue policies. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
18) Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in writing, the Services and Events are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
